We specialise in the supply of commercial Royal Fire Doors & Frames™ and fireproofing products.
Only the best commercial fire doors and frames, for ultimate fire protection and fire safety.
Proudly manufactured by HG Holliday (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town, South Africa, fitted worldwide, commercial Royal Fire Doors & Frames are the preferred choice in fire protection where quality and effectiveness are top priorities.
A commercial fire door is a door and frame assembly, which together can stop the passage of heat, flames and smoke for various periods depending on varying factors. An ordinary solid door excluding hollow-core doors, will stop a fire for approximately 30 minutes. A commercial fire door is therefore a door that will perform better than just an ordinary door.

We are very proud to announce that, after extensive design, development and testing, we recently received full SABS approval for HG Holliday’s manufacture of a Commercial Royal Class A hardwood framed fire door. Now, for the first time, you can offer your clients the much more aesthetically pleasing hardwood frames for their up-market residential, hotel and office construction projects.
You choose the size, the look and the finish to suit your client’s needs.
Fire Resistant Core
Royal Fire Doors™ are manufactured with a reinforced multi-layer inner fire resistant core made from asbestos-free high performance specialist materials.
Highest Quality Standards
Rigorous SABS testing has shown Royal Fire Doors and Frames to stand head and shoulders above the rest as these products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and conform to SANS requirements.*
*Royal Fire Doors and Frames conform to the requirements as set out in the SANS (South African National Standards) 1253:2003 (edition 3) which covers the requirements for six classes of fire-doors and fire-shutter assemblies that are intended to close permanent openings in walls or partitions, to provide a fire resistance of 30 min or more in order to stop the spread of fire and to limit the spread of smoke. This standard does not apply to fire dampers. (For fire dampers refer to SANS 193).
